Mission Statement

To provide a progressive transition for individuals with disabilities over 14 years of age into a safe, happy and healthy environment that offers choices and opportunities to gain independence in social, recreational, residential, vocational and life skills within their community.

Our Board of Directors

Nadine Verdebout, President

Nadine is a physical therapist and the co-owner of Healing The Generations, Inc; a therapy clinic located in Clearwater that offers Physical, Occupational, Speech and Massage Therapies to infants, children, teenagers and adults. She is the proud mother of Matthew, a 15 year old teenager, who has had developmental challenges since birth. Her goal is to prepare Matthew for adulthood by giving him many opportunities to build friendships and by having accessible recreational, social, residential and life skills choices within his community so he can be as independent as possible.

Kerry Kelly, Vice President

Kerry is a Special Education teacher with 24 years of classroom experience. She holds a Master's degree and is currently working in the Pinellas County School System in administration. She is the proud mother of a young adult with Down Syndrome. Her goals are to assist and guide her son toward opportunities in order to live a safe and meaningful adult life among friends and family.

Rosemary Vanname, Treasurer

Rosie has a Bachelor's Degree in Finance. She is the parent of a young adult with Autism and Fragile X Syndrome. Her aspirations are for him to have a productive, independent and fulfilling life given the opportunities and choices that are presented to him.

Kim Lallemand, Secretary

Kim holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. She is a massage therapist and has volunteered for several other nonprofit organizations in Pinellas County, FL. She is the parent of a young adult with disabilities. Kim would like for her son to participate in adapted social, recreational and vocational activities while being as independent as possible.
